Homemade Fruit Smoothie Bowls
Homemade fruit smoothie bowls are healthy, easy, and vegan. I love that they are versatile and make a great meal, especially on hot summer days.

- 1/2 Cup Almond Milk You can use your favorite dairy-free milk and use less milk for thicker consistency.
- 1 Banana
- 1 1/2 Cups Tropical Mixed Fruit
- 3/4 Cup Cherries
- 1/2 Cup Blueberries
- 1/3 Cup Protein Powder I use orgain (1 1/2 scoops)
- 1 Tablespoon Ground Flax Seed
- 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
Pour 1/2 cup of almond milk into your Vitamix or blender (use less milk for thicker consistency)
Add in all your frozen fruit
Add your protein powder, ground flaxseed and cinnamon
Blend till your desired consistency. I like a creamy texture like ice cream.
Scoop into a bowl and enjoy!
To freeze my bananas for smoothies and or banana bread, I peel them and put in a freezer safe ziploc bag.
You could use dairy-free yogurt instead of nut milk for a really creamy and thick smoothie bowl.
