Best Pico De Gallo Recipe
This homemade pico de gallo is perfect on top of tacos, nachos, mixed in guacamole and as a garnish on veggie burgers. Pico goes with a lot of different dishes...just about everything.

Vine Ripe Tomatoes

Med
White Onion

Med
Red Onion

Jalapenos
1
Sm. Bunch
Cilantro
1
Lime
1/2
Tsp
Sea Salt
Add more to taste
Instructions
Wash Tomatoes, Jalapenos and Cilantro to remove pesticides( Even Organic Veggies)
Dice White & Red Onion, Tomatoes and Jalapenos
Finely Chop The Cilantro
Mix all Veggies in a big bowl
Add Juice from 1 Lime and Sea Salt
Mix to combine and enjoy!
Notes
I use a small spoon placed in half of the lime and twist to get all the juice out. Thanks for the great tip Rachel Ray!
